I noticed that my depiction turns out to be (maybe more realistic in animal anatomy-wise) little less scary than the original. I guess it's due the reduced size of the wings (atleast when they are folded, original monster didn't do that at all).
Also I had to come up with something more reasonable than two separate tails. Three separate heads was a tough puzzle on its own. Three heads. Seriously.
